Our Story
We've been working in the food and hospitality industries for more than thirty years. This restaurant is the culmination of all of our collective experiences, and it's a place born of a love of connecting with people through food.
The first tenet of our business model is to create a great work environment for ourselves and the people who work alongside us. We're not afraid of hard work and we set high expectations. From the moment you walk in the door, we're focused on creating a food experience that is comforting and appealing.
Everyone eats, but it's how we sit together around the table that really makes the experience memorable. Our food isn't fussy; there's no ego. It's about building complex flavors with simple ingredients.
